With so much going on in the world, we’ve forgotten that hundreds of children are still fleeing life-threatening violence and traveling to the United States looking for refuge.

Currently, they are being denied entry, in violation of US and International Law, and asylum programs are being shut down without due process under the cover of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Our children are being pushed through their cases in short months instead of the normal 2-4 year process, and not allowing their attorneys to prepare an adequate case.

The San Fernando Valley Refugee Children Center provides them with basic needs, services and resources including legal assistance and trauma therapy.

Today, on World Refugee Day, we ask for your help to protect our children from being deported back to the violent environment they ran away from. Let’s give them the childhood that they deserve.
